I help remove the roadblocks that are standing in their way before the situations escalate our of control.

I work with people in a number of ways: Private 1 to 1 Sessions, Small Groups and I even have a Mastermind Class I’m getting started. Each one is tailored for different budgets, while still providing the support needed to move yourself forward.

Anger is an emotion we all experience at some point. It is a perfectly natural emotion to experience; it tells us we don’t like something.
I have engaged many clients seeking anger management strategies in the UK and Canada because they too didn’t like feeling angry.
There can be a variety of reasons for getting angry at even small things; poor sleep hygiene, hormonal changes, pressures caused by covid restrictions.
Gaining increased understanding of your triggers along with self-compassion can help with managing those angry feelings. During a free 15 min call we can assess your needs and I can share some tools to help you find some peace and regulation.
